They were nice looking which is why I gave them two stars. They do not keep hot liquids hot longer and the outside ofthe mug does get hot. Also the handle was hard to hold onto. It protrudes out from the mug too far and is sort of thin and a little slick since itis stainless. I was really hoping to like these but did not.
