Review: You definitely get what you pay for - After reading many online reviews about a variety of robot manufacturers I settled on Newgy - and I’m thrilled that I did. The system worked great straight out of the box with minimal effort and very clear set up instructions. I had it up and running in less than 30 minutes and was practicing on a regular basis in my garage. There are 64 drills programmed into to the system and it appears they are incredibly accurate in how they place balls across the entire table service. I also found the company’s customer support to be excellent - answering my questions about the drills and helping me maximize my use of their robot.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The good: - it works

The good: - it works, and it is a good way to exercise and practice alone. The bad: - guideline is cheaply printed on 2 pages and too short. - not enough balls. They are 40+ mm. Sometimes it jams. - the balls bounced from the net in my experience, unlike what you see in youtube - a bit noisy. - about 20 min to setup, and 20 min to put it back in the bag - Does not come with a bag. If you plan to carry is around, I advice you to buy the bag. It is well done. You have to contact the company to order it. - slow delivery over Amazon (it took 3 weeks for me) Overall: It is awesome 90% of the time. I like it.
