I thinik it depends on how hot the water is and how much time the stencil is underwater. I use my kitchen sink sprayer and a clean dishpan during the rinse stage **Q: I'm looking to screen print my logo on boxes, sizes 4"x4"x4". 6"x4"x4", 6"x6"x4", and 8"x8"x4" will this work on it? how big are the sheets?** A: The sheets are like regular printer size 8 ½ x 11 **Q: can these be used with a laser printer?** A: How should I setup and print my artwork? The most important thing when setting up your artwork is to make sure it is 100% black. This will give you the best film positive when printing. Every printer is different, but if your printer allows you to adjust ink and paper settings, we recommend adjusting the ink setting on your printer to print in only black ink and adjusting the paper setting to glossy. This will give you the most density when printing. High density artwork that is 100% black will give you the best positive to block out the UV light. We use the Canon Pixma iX6820 with Arthur Imaging inks to print all our designs for our stencils. I saved my print settings as a preset to make printing each time a breeze. Note for Inkjet Film: When printing on our Inkjet Printer Film, it is important that you print on the EMULSION side of the film. The emulsion side is the side that is NOT shiny (the side you can put your fingernail into). Apply stencil and rub down the edges to remove all air bubbles. Tape off the edges if needed. Apply a heavy coat of Etchall to open areas on stencil. Let the cream sit for 15 minutes. You can scrape off the excess cream and return to container for re-use, if desired. Flush etched surface with water to remove remaining cream before removing the stencil. After you etch, you can add a product like Rub n Buff or colored wax paste to your etched design for color. Storage: Store at 65-85F (18-30 C) in original container. Exposure to temperatures above 85F will cause cream discoloration, but will not affect cream usability or performance. Temperatures below 65F will produce crystals.
