The eazyhold he uses brushes his teeth has used it for eating but he says it's like eating with shovel so he has learned how to eat with his left hand. If he had the eazyhold at the beginning of all of this it be a different answer. I hope this helps **Q: My husband has the weighted silverware with the big rubber handles. Would this fit over those handles?** A: The Aqua EazyHold would fit the best! The lavender would stretch over the handles too but may be tight if his hands are large.
