I have been using this for about a year now (the difference between these two photos) and it’s so crazy to look back at how my hair used to be. I use it 1-2x per week, applying 5 dropper-fulls to my scalp all over (hair brushed beforehand), then applying an argan oil to my ends and giving myself a scalp massage for about 10 minutes. I loosely braid my hair and leave it in for at least two hours and then shower (double shampooing to make sure I get it all out and following with a deep condition on my ends). This plus a braid at night, satin pillowcase, oiling my ends daily, and ZERO heat styling have transformed my hair.
