I think the material needs to be more smoothlike if that makes sense. **Q: will the adhesive back stick to metal surface? Looking to re-apply wooden facia on vertical blinds to the metal section it covers** A: Yes definately **Q: Would this be good for dog harness** A: I was pleased with them, bought them to secure a fancy dress outfit in place for a half marathon and they worked wonders. I don't they would work on a dog harness though, depends in which way you'll use them though.
