Review: Great option when you need crutches - These crutches are very sturdy and easy to use. It is well-made work well; I lean my forearm back into the brace, for more stability. The feet are have a suitably wide base. I thought I might need to replace them with bigger ones, but they work fine. Great that they fold, although I have not had to use that feature.
Review: Easier to manage than tall crutches - Great product - I find them much easier to nav around the house than using traditional crutches. These might take a little more upper body strength to stabilize, but it's really more a matter of proper technique. I'm medium sized male about 160 lbs and these crutches are rock solid for me.

A: I replaced mine at the pharmacy. Just bring your crutches to get the right size.

**Q: What is a "beef tendon base"?**
A: The little caps on the base of the crutches are made out of dried beef tendon.

**Q: Support 300 pound person?**
A: Hi, the company response to someone asking if will support 250lb person they said yes. When asked about 400lb they said no. So your question falls between the two.  I find them sturdy and so much better than a cane. If you don’t need to support full weight,  I think these would work.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good support for walking

I fell recently and twisted my knee. The hiking sticks I already had didn’t provide quite enough stability, so I decided to try these crutches. They are easy to adjust to the user’s height, and they are lightweight without being flimsy. The elastic bands across the front of the arm cuffs prevent the crutches from being dropped. They provide good support for walking. I took one star off because the rubber tips can slide a bit on smooth flooring if you aren’t careful. I find that if I place the tips straight down instead of at an angle as I walk, the sliding isn’t an issue. One caution: these crutches are for people who can use both legs to walk. Those who have to keep one foot off the ground are better off using underarm crutches.
