Two wires to the 10 inch speaker had been joined without any insulation causing the speaker to short out and not work. Due to the fact that I am in Portugal I did not really want to return this item as it is neededfor gigs here. With just a little insulation on the two wires it has sorted the problem and it now works well and gives good quality sound and value for money. Delivery was fast to Portugal.
