Came across this one. Took a chance. Glad I did. This item came beautifully packaged. Taking this cleaver out of its packing and holding it - it exudes class. Extremely sharp and well balanced to the top of the blade to make chopping easier. But it also works very well as a knife. Slices thru' raw meat, cooked meat, cheese, tomatoes. and chops thru' various squashes without much trouble. I've given this cleaver one * in the Feature marked " Lightweight " because it certainly isn't lightweight. However, it is nicely balanced. This one is going to last me a long time.
