A: I think they are meant for multiple uses, but they worked one time or not at all. They all ripped when opening and are of poor quality even for the cheap price. Don’t waste your money.

A: Not for 7+ hrs, maybe 3 hours at the most

**Q: Will this protect my daily pills from heat if hiking?**
A: It should depending how sensitive your pills are to heat. Recommend packing pills along with a small cold pack to ensure the pills stay cool.
