Is this the Drum with the toner cartridges or just the Drum unit?** A: I am told but have to confirm this with my own purchase that the toner cartridges are actually primer cartridges. Apparently you leave the primer cartridges in the printer for 10 minutes while the printer is idling and then remove them and replace with your pre-existing cartridges.
