The optics are good, but note that this NOT a telescopic sight. The instructions explain how to adjust the red/green dot for accuracy, but do not explain that the dial caps do not make the adjustment. The screw in caps only provide protection. Once the caps are removed a small slot screwdriver is required to turn the 2 separate adjuster screws, for horizontal and vertical adjustment. If the scope is mounted on a rail that is flush with the barrel, then no adjustment should be required. But if it's mounted on a high rail or on the side of the stock, then adjustment will be/may be necessary. This is a well designed and well made product.
