Even if you dont have hair extensions, this will nurture and nourish your hair (avoid anything with suplhates in as it will strip your hair and your hair colour)I have learnt alot about conditioning the hair since having extensions applied and I will continue to buy this when I have them out as its kept my hair in better condition (especialley in the summer in this heat!)It has a lovely smell and is easy to use and not as oily as pure Argan oil (which I still use from time to time)The only flaw is that you will need to properly shake the bottle when you receive it (its more of a serum inside than a liquid which is not always easy to get out of the spray. So when the bottle gets down to about half full, I just remove the lid and apply a little to my hands and run my hands through my hair)I'm just about to order my second bottle, highly recommended. I swim too so I can feel that this is on my hair protecting it from pool water, then I use the (same range)shampoo and conditioner afterwards - leaving the conditioner in until the next morning and then rinsing off. This product helps me not to wash my hair too often to get rid of the frizz and has improved the condition of my hair overall.
