I've gone through several products searching for my new hair dryer and this one just wowed me completely. I only got it recently so can't comment on longevity but it's very nicely built, the buttons are just where they should be. The cold shot button is easy and soft to press and hold. The cold setting is actually cold, but the dryer can also go very hot if you need it to. I use it to dry my curly hair, with the diffuser. The diffuser itself is excellent as well, the small holes force the air all around it and the spikes also have holes at the tips and you can feel the air flow right from them, which makes for a very efficient and pleasant drying experience. My curls love it!
