**Q: Do these work for lefties too or just for righties?**
A: Yes they work for lefties. My daughter is left handed and I bought these for her at the reccomendation of her OT specialist at school.  She loves them.

**Q: I have many and I can't twist the top to turn the lead or place a new lead in. The tops won't turn in either direction any more. Help!?**
A: It is important when replacing the lead to first use the tool that comes with a refill package of lead to push the old lead out.  You will find refills on Amazon or Twist n Write Pencils that come with a refill package.  You can also use a straightened paper clip inserted in the small hole located at the base of the pencil between the wings.

**Q: what size are these pencils? Do they work for adults with swollen, arthritic fingers?**
A: My husband ordered pens and pencils because he has tremors he says they might help you with your swollen arthritic fingers also. They are about 31/2 inches long.

A: I don't like the pencil's as much as the pens and have my own issues with them.
