A: No  No It runs off of a 12-volt power supply such as the battery in your car

**Q: When used on a deep cycle battery, how low can the voltage drop before it shuts down?**
A: It says the input low voltage shutdown is 10+/- .5 volts

**Q: Would this be able to power a Xbox series S?**
A: It should as long at the the Xbox transformer does not require more that 750W which I believe it does not.

**Q: Is the fan quiet?**
A: The fan runs according to how much of a load you are using.I have been using a small load and have not heard the fan run.
