This facilitates easy installation and start-up of the pump and provides more reliable water supply in installations where there is a risk of dry running and leakages in suction hose or pipes. In city water or well water applications, use a PRLV-30, Pressure Reducing Limit Valve on the suction side of the pump to 30 PSI to prevent inbound water from exceeding the 43 PSI max inlet pressure.
