Debo decir que por el precio y su calidad para exteriores estoy muy contento, los he puesto en mi patio (de aprox 18m x 6m) y el sonido es magnífico, los he conectado aun amplificador Lepy 2.0 y estoy satisfecho. Son de tamaño pequeño por lo combinan bien y se pierden a la vista con el paisaje del césped.
Review: Perfect Patio speakers! Update 10/14 - I paired these smaller TIC in-ground speakers with the TIC in-ground subwoofer. Absolutely perfect! I have the L and R speakers around my patio approximately 20' apart with the subwoofer a few feet away from one of the speakers. The sound from this set-up exceeded my expectations. The sound is amazing and truly 360 degrees. It fills the patio area and the whole yard. No wonder these are the choice for theme parks. So glad I added the subwoofer as it really provides a full range sound and is very balanced and not boomy or muddy. I'm using the second zone of a Denon 70w/channel home theater receiver. I can turn the volume up very loud with no distortion. My wife thought I was crazy burying speakers in the planting areas but once she heard a few seconds of music, she was shocked and pleased. We had them on all day yesterday. Installation is easy and since the subwoofer (sold separately) is prewired for input and output wires, I only needed to run a single 4-wire underground speaker cable from the house to he speakers tucked in under the edging. Installed he whole thing in less than 2 hours. If you're thinking of filling a patio area with great sound and you don't want to have visible speakers or fake looking rocks, give these a try, they're great. *Update: Enjoyed these speakers all summer and we used them way more than we thought we would. Still very pleased with their performance. I'll update in the spring after a long Minnesota winter.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Not clear from item description: is this 1 speaker or 2 speakers?**
A: Because these are 360 degrees omni-directional speakers -- only ONE is needed (although some models are sold in pairs). The hollow space underneath the speaker creates the bass sound thumps, the speaker itself is the mid-range sound, and the tweeter is the high range sound. So you get bass, mid and high range sounds amplified in a full 360 range from a single speaker. That's the beauty of these. I have one in my backyard and it sounds fantastic.

**Q: I plan on setting 2 of these speakers about 30'--50' from amp. What gauge wire should I use ?**
A: My speakers are about 40' and 60' from amp and I used a 12 gauge landscape wire, buried in the ground. Think my amp is 100 watt, I leave volume about 3/4, and control volume from my phone. Has worked great all summer

**Q: What is the ohms resistance for these speakers?**
A: 8 ohms. But keep in mind they're not not very efficient so you'll need good power to drive them to 'party' levels. Also, many of these intstallations are distant from the amp, so on a 50 ft run, if you use less than 12ga wire, the effective resistance will increase significantly, meaning even a more powerful amp needed.

**Q: Have you considered Bose freespace 51 speakers before your purchase? Are you still happy with the TICs?**
A: I have had a pair of Bose 51s for five years and just recently added two 8" premiums w/8" premium subwoofer to my backyard. Have to say, highs are still crisper and mid-range sound is more natural with the high millage Bose pair than with the TIC setup. I compared side by side and the TIC has a little better bass output (not surprising with three 8" drivers) but overall sound is still more pleasing with Bose. No regrets, I am not returning anything but my next pair if/when the Bose give out will be another set of 51s.

I paired these smaller TIC in-ground speakers with the TIC in-ground subwoofer. Absolutely perfect! Love these speakers!!!! Bought them to compliment 2 speakers mounted to the back of the house. The sound from these speakers is great. The 360 degree sound projection ensure that the sound fills your yard from all directions. Really great value for the price. Much better than rock speakers.
