And still feeling awful. That's No gluten, dairy, sugar, caffeine or starch. Turns out, I am highly (red) sensitive to a lot of things I was eating, like almonds🤦‍♀️. Thank heaven coconut is OK! I would recommend getting the most checked as possible. When I registered the test, I got an option to buy more of a test for $20. I did, and it was SO worth it. Just a few strands of hair sent in, a few days wait, and they email you results with a action plan! It is so worth it. I bought one off of the Amazon UK, for one of my friends, she is so excited! Again, she has felt crappy for years. Turns out she is "highly sensitive " to almost everything around her. She has changed her diet and already feeling a bit better. It hasn't even been a week. She has told her friends who have ordered tests! I tell checkers at the grocery store about this. Our favorite waitress. It is a wonderful place to start to try and help yourself, or help your Dr help you. It goes into additives, skin care, heavy metals, food, etc. Again, I highly recommend this test. I bought the $89. And added more to the test when I was offered the chance to. Just buy the biggest most things tested, test there is. Especially if you have stuff like fibromyalgia (I have it) or any other auto immune disease. You won't be sorry. And don't be scared with what you see in the results. It's a great place to start. And make positive changes. Some of those vitamins we take,might be doing more harm than good. Just saying.
