These lifting straps were perfect for me, considering I have very small wrist and hands. I’m fairly new to weightlifting and I personally found them to be very comfortable. I have used these for a month straight and there hasn’t been any issues with them. I’ve tried other affordable lifting straps and these were the only ones that fit my wrist properly.
