I use approximately one tablespoon in my cup of coffee and adjust the amount depending on the size of my coffee cup. Since this product incorporates coconut sugar, I no longer use sweeteners. I put Energize into my mug, stir it around to break up any clumps that may have formed, add my coffee and a little cream, stir and enjoy. I do not have the feeling of buzzing around like I would get with more than one cup of coffee. Since adding this I have noticed that I stay full a little longer.
