Review: Works mostly great - It works almost great with all the different features. Just can't seen to get the little tap keys to work no matter how much I try. Idk. Other then that it works great and easy to install and set up
Review: bad customer service. - Great door knob, bad company. mine worked great for a few months. then 1 started acting up about 6 months later. i reached out to the company and they made me jump through a bunch of hoops. and kept moving the gole post. i eventually gave up because how difficult the company made geting a replacement. then a few months later the second one started acting sporatic too. even with fresh batteries the units fail to re prints. or read a print and say its unlocked but dont unlock. weather through the rfid tag, finger print, or pin code. they will register a sucessfull unlock but wont be unlocked. Customer service is terrible. would stay away. unless you can buy a new one every 6 months.
