Review: Fresh and authentic tasting crispy ginger with a slight KICK! - Just got back from a sushi restaurant and I can tell you that this definitely tastes as good and crispy, if not just slightly more tart. Actually, A LOT more tart! However, the taste itself is much more on par than other brands that I have tried on here. Also was very happy to see both bottles are good until 3/6/27. You can easily store the second one in your pantry until you are ready to use it. This is definitely something that I would recommend to others for an authentic tasting ginger that has quite a bit of "zing" if you eat as many as I do in a row 😉 The packaging itself was excellent. Both bottles were completely sealed and there was absolutely no leakage or damage when they arrived. The bottles themselves are made of a sturdy plastic, so if you accidentally drop one it won't be earth shattering! I found two bottles of this to be priced reasonably and a good value.
