A: You get one unit for the current price.

**Q: Where is it made ?**
A: Unknown.  It's really pretty neat though.

**Q: How much does it weigh?**
A: It weights just over 1 ib.

**Q: I am unclear as to why I would need to thump my tires?**
A: From what I read, this is used for semi-truck tires.  You thump them to check the inflation.  Personally, I got this to use for self defense (similar to old style Navy shore patrol baton, but the old style Navy SP batons were made of solid hickory wood.  The one you are asking about are a composite polymer.)

Don't let the fact that it is plastic fool you. It's pretty solid and heavy and as effective as a wooden baton. I have it strapped to the stem of my e-scooter to check the tyres. Yea, that's what I use it for, I swear. Heh. It's a great product, exactly as advertised. Good in emergency situations life if you have to break a window or something else.
