Was surprised at the heft of this. Heavy duty and solid. Replaced the old Super Winch 9.0 solenoid with this and got perfect operation. Even under 6k lbs + of load, over long distance and elevations.

This is the solution to dealing with solenoids in a vehicle winch. Easy to install on our vintage Ramsey winch and works great. Be sure to use battery wiring that is properly sized to your winch. Highly recommended!

    No Terminal Markings; Incompetent Tech Support

This solenoid arrives with no markings on the terminals, and no accompanying diagram showing how it is to be connected.  It took six iterations  to get this information from the manufacturer, which turned out to be incorrect.  When I showed them that their instructions were not correct, they responded, "We don't think the Solenoid is connected to the control box. The winch should be connected to the winch."  This manufacturer is technically incompetent, and Amazon should not be selling their product.
