I add a bit of stevia and add some cashews. Great way to start the day. Butterscotch is sort of an old fashioned thing but it’s near and dear to my heart. It’s a perfect flavor profile and I don’t need a lot to get that perfect butterscotch flavor. I haven’t baked with it yet, it’s a good quality item, smells great and tastes great.
