## Overview

The Malian Exhaust Tubular Manifold for MINI Cooper R53 is a stainless steel, TIG welded 4-into-1 exhaust manifold featuring a 2.5" (63.5mm) tube diameter. Designed for both street and race performance, it delivers an estimated 10-30 BHP power increase depending on supporting mods. The 2020 update improves fitment ease and flexi joint strength, and the kit includes all necessary gaskets and hardware for a complete upgrade.

## Description

This exhaust manifold fits the R53 Cooper, Cooper S or the One with the 1.6L engine*.4 into 1 design for optimum street and race performance. One of these manifolds is currently fitted to the Misty Racing car that is in the Mini Challenge Cup.New for 2020 we have updated the design to make fitment easier and with a stronger flexi.Estimated power gains from 10 - 30 BHP depending on other supporting mods.Comes with the gaskets and everything you can see in the pictures.The whole manifold has been TIG welded so the chances of this ever failing are virtually zero.IMPORTANT FITTING NOTE: When fitting this manifold you will need to move the ARB out of the way to gain the clearance required. If the ARB is not removed during fitting, it increases the chance of the flexible joint failing. Any warranty claim made for a failed flexi joint MUST HAVE photographic evidence of the ARB being removed during installation.*On rare occasions we have found some engines have the 2 bolts in the centre of the head flange in slightly different locations. This seems to effect less than 1% of cars. If you have one of these cars these holes will need to be elongated to allow fitment of the manifold.
