Review: Burn it down (the fat) - This is my third of this product. I can only tell you this stuff is intense. I start with half a scoop at first. Usually dont even need more than 3/4 of a scoop even once im used to it. This stuff makes me sweat like crazy. I physically look noticeably more shredded after a workout. So it definitely will reduce water weight. However you wont magically lose weight if you arent eating in a deficit. Eat healthy, eat in a deficit, and exercise regularly with this stuff, and Itll likely facilitate a greater loss of fat.
