This stuff has a delicious flavor with a little kick but not over-the-top spicey. So if you want to say you make "blackened chicken," this one works very well. The larger size allows you to use it more generously. It is NOT too salty either like some cheaper dry rubs. I love this on fresh salmon sauteed in olive oil, grilled chicken breast fillets, and even grilled pork chops. Haven't tried it on vegetables yet.
