Review: Great service - I purchased this 12V 20Ah LiFePO4 battery for my Silent Partner Smart tennis ball machine. Unfortunately, after two years the battery began to lose power during operation, and the performance became increasingly inconsistent.I contacted ECO-WORTHY customer service and explained the situation in detail. Charlie was very responsive, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. They offered several solutions and ultimately issued me a full refund. Although the battery did not work out for my particular application, I am very impressed with ECO-WORTHY’s customer service. They stood behind their customer and handled the issue professionally and respectfully. I would definitely consider ECO-WORTHY again in the future because of the excellent customer service experience.
