Lyvia and Airthereal were fast and responsive to all correspondence and after getting a replacement "floater" (the company shipped it). The machine remained unresponsive. Lyvia requested I send a quick recording of the machines behavior and the technicians realized I had replaced the floater but in the wrong position.
