It's been charging all day, the fourth light is blinking..** A: When I charge it, I plug in at night and it’s charged by morning. All 4 lights are solid. I would check that you have the On-Off switch in the off position because if it is in the On, it might not fully charge. However, when I bought a new car, I neglected to remove it from my trade-in so I needed to replace it. The product came as promised. It comes in a hard case in a coordinating color with the flashlight. The instructions are printed on the bag the flashlight comes in so you don’t have to keep a paper owner’s manual somewhere and hope you don’t lose it. I put the date that I need to re-charge it in my phone’s calendar so I remember to re-charge it every 3 months.
