Build quality is good and after a couple of cooks with them there's no obvious signs of deterioration.There's a bit of a learning curve with figuring out where best to place them, the first time I used them I had them both central in the BBQ and, as you'd expect, the heat was great in the middle but around the edges of the grill it wasn't hot enough to cook food at a reasonable pace.
