The company reached out to ask about another item I returned (the wood gray chairs) that came with the table (they were to small and am a big guy) and sense they reached out, I told them about the missing part for this side board and not only they responded quickly but they send me the missing part as quick as two weeks. I've never received that great of customer support from any company like this. I will be looking forward for any other products they sell.
