I always use roasting bags, particularly for large joints of meat. These were big enough for a large turkey and worked really well. For some reason we had the tastiest Christmas lunch for many a year. But I'm not rating it lower because of that. I didn't paid attention of the sizes, just got M.In M size bag you can fit ~2kg chicken legs easy. I've got medium size oven and when you cook ~1kg chicken legs that bag b come like bubble inside oven.Just little tip, check carefully what size you need for your oven size.But despite that , they are ready good bags, coz i like to throw everything inside in bag , than add spices, and while everything is inside give a HARD shake. Some of the bags cannot hold "mixing" spices in bag , so they tear.
