The first few days in Ibiza I just wore one on my wrist. Seemed to be working. They last 3 days or so, I popped back in the packet when not using. Then… I got bitten on one of my ankles, so I wore a band on one of my ankles (so wore 2 bands in total). Then I got bitten on the ankle and arm that I wasn’t wearing a band on! So I wore a band on each wrist and each ankle. That finally stopped the bites! 🤣 Review: These bands work and are comfortable - Bought this product for the family for our holiday to Scotland. The bands are easy to wear, colourful and comfortable on the wrist. My three year olds wrist is a bit too small but she wore it above her elbow and she really liked the fact she could choose her own colour band. A smaller size would be useful. Her older cousin who is 10 refused to wear another band but would wear this one as it looked better, she is planning on wearing it in her hair for sports as they are banned from wearing anything on their wrists. I found them comfortable to wear, I actually forgot I had it on my wrist. They have a strong smell of citronella which is not a bad smell but it is strong but guess that is what makes it effective. Wore it for a day on the banks of Loch Lomand and no bites so very pleased so far!
