The only thing I’ve noticed is that is the water does seem to really gather in the mat & he may can make it hard for the water to drain down the plug hole as efficiently as it usually might- particularly if you have a low profile shower tray. Just requires you to monitor the water when showering though. I also hang it after every use to avoid any black marks from forming on it as it can hold a lot of water. Our shower is large but not a walk-in. But does the job, it doesn’t slip stays in place. Strange to your feet at first, you do get used to it.
