I liked the ergonomic design and the seat cushioning which is firm and helpful in lower back pain issues because I am having disc bulge issues. Sitting is comfortable and lumbar support is decent as well given the price. Adjustable handrest and headrest works fine, gas lift also with lock and unlock features for recliner. Packing was smooth and well maintained, on time delivery as well. One of the handrest is just a little bit of loose but that's not a major issue, works fine. Minor dust mark on the seat which is understood. Overall it's a good purchase for me in this budget.

I bought this ergonomic chair from Astride yesterday and assembly was easy for me. The problem has now been resolved, and the chair is working fine. I appreciate the team's efforts in honoring the warranty and ensuring the issue was addressed. The after-sales service was satisfactory, although there is still scope for improvement in response time and making the warranty claim process more seamless.
