The powder mixes well in water, juice, or milk. You can even use the powder to make healthy snacks for on-the-go ease. The taste is great. I prefer to use it as an energy drink (not a smoothie... I don't care for the thickness of a smoothie). It can thicken up a bit depending on the liquid you use.
