Review: Faulty luggage not as advertised - I bought 2 sets of these luggage for myself and my wife. I would definitely not recommend this luggage to anyone who is interested on a 4 wheel luggage. They're impossible to use on 4 wheels, I am constantly struggling to keep them moving, it's frustrating when I am on a long security line and you see every is moving their luggage at ease and yours is either out of control or the wheels are not moving. You can forget about pushing them on four wheels around the boarding area where they have carpeting. The other issue is, the luggage tend to sag where the zipper is even though the expansion zipper is completely close, bottom line is if you don't have a completely over stuffed luggage it will sag because one side is heavier than the other. I bought these back in April of this year, my wife and I just started using the carry on. I will definitely try to get a refund if I can, hope it is not too late.

I bought 2 sets of these luggage for myself and my wife. I would definitely not recommend this luggage to anyone who is interested on a 4 wheel luggage.
