Review: If you like good guns and good books you need this work. - Anyone with an interest in rimfire rifles should have a copy of this book. It is very detailed and complete in it's analysis and review of many classic rimfire rifles. There is almost nothing to criticize about this book, other than the length. It should be at least twice as long with at least twice as many review subjects. It may not have every classic the reader hopes for, the Winchester 190 my mom and dad gave me almost 50 years ago wasn't included in this volume. What it does have is well written coverage of many fine rifles most readers will never have the pleasure of owning. Other than a few typos this is a perfect work on the subject matter covered. Fully recommended.

Anyone with an interest in rimfire rifles should have a copy of this book. It is very detailed and complete in it's analysis and review of many classic rimfire rifles. I liked the information that was printed. Very informative. The omitted disassembly and reassembly instructions were disappointing but what was provided was very good.
