They said I should do stretches like this daily for the rest of my life, so I decided to buy such a strap. Amazon lists many of the same size and in the same price range. I picked this one because of the neoprene grips. The Original worked fine, but it bothered my hand when it was under tension. As it turns out, the neoprene layer is a distinct improvement. I also wasn't sure why these straps have 10 loops, but I found that this large number allows very comfortable positions for my hand (when it is pulling on the strap) relative to the loop into which I've placed my foot. The cloth carrying pouch is a good convenience. Unlike some other straps, this one comes with a small booklet that shows some exercises. The booklet also sends you to a web site where you can download (for free) a booklet with a lot more stretches. My rating could get upgraded to five stars after I have determined the strap's durability.UPDATE: I've used my strap daily for four weeks now. It shows no sign of wear or stretching; the sewn seams look intact.
