The Sandy portion immediately came loose from the track, allowing urine and feces to get underneath it and the whole thing has now come loose and stinks to high heaven. I’ve contacted the seller for direction. Prior to this the product has been very solid and holds up for years. * update: I reached out to exotic nutrition with my problem. They are shipping out another free of charge.
