It's supposed to be I think, it acts as a replacement for your body's natural "eye oil" which normally keeps your eyes lubricated. Top tip: when you go to bed, keep the tube in your armpit or somewhere similarly warm for 10 mins to melt, then you can easily drip it into your eyes. On the whole I have been happy with your product, however you should be aware that your packaging is sometimes plastic which is excellent but other times metal which is sadly below standard. The reason being that the metal causes the gel to shoot out of the tube even with the slightest pressure. This causes half of the tube to be wasted. The other issue is that the metal is very sharp on the eye lids. I really find these tubes unsatisfactory. I currently have 20 tubes in my fridge and at least half will be wasted because of this ridiculous tubing. Surely it can’t be so difficult to use plastic tubes?
