So, basically I'm eating the $18.00 plus/minus since it's more to ship them back than it cost to buy them. Seller asked for pictures but didn't reposnd in a timely manner after I sent it. But we gave them a try and just ordered 2 more strings. They will be great for our Florida lanais holiday lighting.EDIT: Had to return because they have no memory -- have to re-sync via the control button on each one to get all the strands to flash the same way if you ever turn off.
