I returned it immediately and gave it the one star rating I thought it deserved. Thanks to the seller reaching out to me, they sent another pump to me immediately - amazing! As a result, I'm changing my rating to five stars.This pump is a very modern and clean looking pump with a quality silicone o-ring on the top and washer at the nut that holds it in at the bottom. The first few uses have been without any dripping, etc. The first pump I got was definitely defective as this one operates smoothly. It matches with our Grohe faucet very well.All of the reviews on the Amazon page are for a matching faucet that is being sold on the same page - none that I could find are for this pump. The color of it is great & it matches our cabinet handles/faucet color, but the straw inside is too short to collect all of the soap from the container it comes with & we have to refill it SUPER FAST... I'm talking twice as quickly as the one we used to have! You have to pump it about 5 times to get a dime size amount of soap out of it also, my old one only needed to be pumped once!My MAIN complaint is that its RUSTING from the inside!! Every time I pump it to get soap, there is A LOT of brown/copper looking rust (A LOT OF IT) all in my soap! (We just use normal Blue Dawn dish soap) Kind of gross to wash dishes with rusty soap. It is definitely NOT stainless. If I could, I would definitely return/get my money back for this. It is not worth the price tag at all. The look is very similar to what I had and the quality feels / looks just as good, hopefully better. Was having issues with my last one, so figured I’d give this a shot. Install was quick and painless. I used this with another item on amazon to hook it up directly to the big soap bottle, instead of using the included bottle. No need to worry about refilling the small bottle anymore.
