Very good for the price. **Q: is this an eyeliner or eyebrow pencil? is the colour a dark or mid brown** A: I suppose you can use either way. I have been using this is a eye khol liner , which works very well. It is soft enough to draw a line underneath the eye smoothly without dragging I would say it is a mid brown, not a dark brown.
