The domed lid is the best, I can fit a lot of veggies in here and steam them all at once.6-29-19 UPDATE: Sadly, I loved the pan initially but must retract this review because the bottom of this pan is now cracked, pitting and there is a coating that is peeling off. I've had it less than 3 months.
