I have used similar items and have built my own in the past for use on my three burner bar b que. The problem is that it gets perfectly adequately hot underneath - just as one needs for a proper pizza oven - easily 400 c BUT it can never get equally hot at the top - and so the pizza will cook perfectly underneath but not quite on top - OR if you cook it slower you get a more evenly cooked pizza but will not get the dough to rise as well. I experiment with keeping the bar b due lid down while heating and open while cooking for air circulation - which is important for even air temperature within the oven. You are in fairness unlikely to get a better solution in a bar b due top pizza oven.
