Will buy again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ an excellent brand *by F***A on 19 November 2022* Fisetin is a great anti-oxidant and this is a very good brand. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good dosage but pricey *by J***S on 7 March 2023* The lowest dosage associated with senolytic activity (when converting from rodent studies) is 300mg/day, and suggested dosages according to human clinical trials are typically around 1,500mg per day, for a few days each month. This supplement provides 250mg per capsule which is only just slightly under what rodent studies suggest, and recommends one capsule daily at a cost of 67p/capsule. My parents have been using Fisetin for the past couple of years, at a dosage of 1,500mg/day each day for 4 days per month. That's 6 of these capsules, each, each day for 4 days, or 24 of these capsules (80% of the bottle) each, per month. As far as my parents have experienced, Fisetin does not provide an instant change, or make any noticable difference to how they feel in the short term, but we are trusting the science here that it should be doing something in the background. For the full 1,500mg dosage we need, these work out to £4.02, which is not cheap.
